in-line filters - we carry in-line filters manufactured by arrow pneumatics. we offer particulate filters, coalescing filters, regulators, lubricators and in-line desiccant dryer filters.

particulate filters
arrow particulate filters - the f3 series particulate filters are designed to remove harmful oil/water condensate, dirt and rust from your compressed air system. usually, particulate filters are installed upstream of regulators to prevent valve failure. they are also used as pre-filters to oil removing/coalescing filters to assure high efficiency and promote longer element life. applications include paint spraying, instrumentation and pharmaceuticals. our particulate filters are available from 1/4" npt (48 scfm max flow) to 3" npt (1300 scfm max flow).

coalescing filters
arrow coalescing filters - coalescing filters operate in a different way from particulate filters. The air flows from inside out through the coalescing media. coalescing is a continuous process by which small aerosols come into contact with the filter media. these aerosols build up on the surface of the media forming droplets which are drained away gravitationally. for maximum efficiency and performance, coalescing filters should be preceded by a particulate filter. our coalescing filters are available from 3/8" npt (48 scfm max flow) to 3" npt 1000 scfm max flow).

regulators
regulators - the general purpose of a regulator is to reduce and maintain pressure at a level suitable for the device. many compressors operate at pressures in excess of what is actually needed to complete a task or process downstream. operating at higher pressures can cause excess wear and can waste compressed air. our regulators are available from 1/8" npt (25 scfm max flow) to 1" npt (240 scfm max).

lubricators
lubricators - air driven devices that require some form of lubrication such as valves, cylinders and air tools can be lubricated using an air line lubricator. the air passing through the lubricator transports the lubricant to devices where it is deposited on moving and sliding surfaces to reduce friction and wear. our lubricators are available from 1/8" (16 scfm max) to 1 1/2" (175 scfm max flow).

in-line desiccant dryers
in-line desiccant dryer - as air enters the desiccant air dryer, it is dispersed through a 70 micron element. the element evenly distributes the air through out the desiccant bed. the desiccant absorbs the water vapor from the air. to ensure that desiccant dust is removed before the air leaves the system, the air passes through a 40 micron filter element. our in-line desiccant dryers require a desiccant charge ranging from 6oz. to 1 gallon depending on which model you require. our desiccant air dryers are available from 1/4" (.5 to 5 scfm max flow) to 3/4" (25 to 50 scfm max flow).

electronic drain valves
electronic auto drain - our electronic drain valves are ideal for condensate removal from receivers, refrigerated dryers, separators and drop legs. our electronic drain valves also have many additional features including adjustable cycle and valve opening times to accommodate your particular needs, solid state timer, brass solenoid valve, touch to test button, valve opened and valve closed leds and a six foot heavy duty power cord with plug. our electronic drain valves are available in port sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" npt.

motorized ball valves
motorized ball valve - our motorized ball valves are used for removal of condensate from deliquescent dryers, air receivers, refrigerated air dryers, receivers and separators. standard features include a 10 channel programmable cycle with lcd, valve open led, push to test button anti-blockage system and a battery back up for protection against power failure. our motorized ball valves are available in port sizes ranging from 1/2" to 1" npt.
